Pearl Sarcauga-San Ramon is a dedicated cosmetic tattooist and 

Cebu City, Philippines who initially  

specialized in selling makeup palettes. This inspired her to further venture into the realm of beauty by training at Basement Academy in Mandaluyong and later on at the prestigious Make Up For Ever Academy in Paris. Her many years of experience in the makeup industry paved the way for her career in cosmetic tattooing.
